Sam Fleischmann, the Founder and President of In The Fleisch, Be You, Inc., is dedicated to providing authentic services that support individuals and organizations, with a particular focus on educational institutions and their stakeholders. With almost 14 years of counseling experience in schools across Singapore and Hong Kong, Sam brings a wealth of expertise to his work.

During his tenure at International Community School in Singapore, Sam established a comprehensive K-12 counseling program, elevating their college visits from one per year to an impressive 140 annually. He prioritized university advising, helping students navigate the complex college admissions process and align their aspirations with suitable academic environments. At Hong Kong International School, as Co-Lead of the High School Counseling department, Sam implemented a dynamic individual and group counseling structure, providing comprehensive social/emotional and college counseling support.

Sam's passion for supporting students extends beyond his role at In The Fleisch, Be You, Inc. He currently serves as the Director of University Partnerships for MSquare Media and acts as a Principal Consultant for CulturaGo. His involvement with prominent higher education organizations, including IACAC, NACAC, and NAFSA, allows him to stay at the forefront of university admissions trends, and he actively attends and presents at conferences in this field.

Sam's journey towards a career in school counseling began during his own senior year of high school on the West coast of the United States. This personal experience shaped his commitment to helping students and their families navigate the path to a thriving academic environment. With a BA in Social Science Education and an MEd in School Counseling, Sam is well-equipped to deliver exceptional, individualized, and genuine services.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Sam cherishes his time with family. You'll often find him outdoors, engaging in sports activities with his three sons, or supporting his wife's gardening and hiking pursuits.
